Our policies

Our time is valuable, as is yours, so please call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Otherwise you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee as this appointment cannot be rebooked. 


All electronic devices should be silenced upon arrival.


Payment
We accept all major credit cards and cash. No checks please.


Lost and Found
Please do not bring valuables to the spa, as we are not able to take responsibility for items left behind or unattended. 


Product Returns
Returns are accepted for unopened items with receipt within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept opened items.


Age Requirement
We are unable to service anyone under 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Signature on intake form must be parent/guardian.


First Time Clients
Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to fill out a client intake form. Also feel free to bring your product in so we can evaluate them and your regime.
